Dapesco is a consultancy that specialises in guiding and advising large organizations about all of the many issues involved with energy management. Created in Belgium in 2002, DAPESCO has always worked alongside clients with multiple sites, providing them with guidance in relation to the deregulation of the energy market. Today, the company offers a comprehensive energy management platform that is now in its 5th generation.

Dapesco installed devices on multiple sites and needed their device to get connection. They had a lack of stable communication with their datacom provider, so they had to implement the datamailbox solution in order to allow them to both have remote access to the device but also to allow the device to send data each time when there is a connection and not when people see a connection. They programmed the Ewon on multiple sites to send data as soon as there was a connection.With Tanguy Detroz words, founder and CEO of Dapesco: “ In fact, due to different coverage of network on each site, Dapesco needed a quick way to get data alert for connection and also to get access remotely to the machine”.

They selected the Ewon because of the Quality of the product but also with the quality of the support. Mr Detroz added that “I think a good product is very nice but if you don’t have the important and reactive support that is needed when you are on site it doesn’t help so Ewon has been helping us with the quality of the product but also with the quality of the support and that’s been a tremendous asset for us”.
